Well folks it all makes sense now.  I could not for the life of me figure out why congressman Murtha and House Minority Leader Pelosi are now attached at the hip.  Sorry thats "Speaker To Be Pelosi".  I'm going out on a limb here but it appears as though Pelosi might not have enough votes to become the first woman Speaker because more than a few House Dems think she is to liberal, nooo really, so enter the no. 2 Dem in the House Steny Hoyer.  Apperently he is more of a "centrist" than Pelosi, anyway you slice it he is still a Democrat.  So it looks as though  Mrs. Pelosi teamed up with Murtha to run for the no.2 seat, who is said to be very "conservative" on many issues.  This would explain why Murtha all of the sudden came out and started to call for troop redeployment out of Iraq and into the Phillippenes, are you kidding me what in the name of everything that is holy are you talking about Congressman Murtha?? Anyway, Pelosi has quietly encouraged Murtha to run for the no.2 seat.  Having said all of this, we have yet to have our elections and the Dems are already playing musical chairs.  Folks they only care about power and themselves, you and I don't facter into the equation.  Murtha won't admit it but he is starting to sweat his race in the Pennsylvania 12th District, against Diana Irey.  She is gaining momentum with her slogan "Lets Redeploy Murtha From Congress".  I live just outside that distict and even around here there are signs telling Murtha to "Shut Up".  Hopefully Diana Irey can do that with a win on Nov. 7.
